The workshops are divided into four parts allowing you to easily follow the flow of the workshops and understand the material presented.

Due to the sometimes-intense nature of this workshop, breaks between sessions may be observed. During this time, you are encouraged to drink a nourishing tea, snack, stretch, and perform any necessary activities to care for your mind, body & spirit.

• A private space where you can move, vocalize and safely allow open flame

• A journal for documenting your experience and responding to journal prompts.
